Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns / Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Perishable items such as solder paste cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are considered hazardous materials (ie. liquid flux), or flammable liquids.
Prior to returning any goods, please contact us at 206-853-5050 or email us orders@pacwestsupply.com to receive your return authorization number (RMA #). Once your return is received all items will be inspected for refund approval. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (refund) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
