FCT, WS89 Water Soluble Tacky Flux

WS89 BGA flux gel is a water soluble tacky dispensing flux ideally suited for electronic circuit board component rework, as well as, dispensing, stencil printing, and pin transfer. It leaves a dark residue which can be easily cleaned with water. WS89 is classified ORH1.
